
Biography:
Roger is a life-long resident of Indiana who grew up in DeKalb County , graduated from Eastside High School-Butler, International Business College-Fort Wayne, is a US Navy Submarine Service Vietnam Veteran and recently retired from United Telephone Company of Indiana/Sprint, ending a 34 year career in local telecommunications management.
During the past 16 years as Sprint Public Affairs Manager, Roger assisted community and economic development initiatives throughout nine north central Indiana counties, served on numerous Chamber of Commerce committees, advisory boards and many other regional and state organizations. Roger served as board chairman for Warsaw/Kosciusko County Chamber (1995) and Kosciusko Development Incorporated (1996), a graduate of Kosciusko Leadership Academy, Professional Manager Institute and Organization, Leadership and Supervision-Purdue University .
Memberships include International Economic Development Council, Indiana Economic Development Association, Mid American Economic Development Council, American Legion Post 253, VFW Post 15015, Forest Lodge #239 F & AM, Scottish Rite Valley of Fort Wayne, and Tippecanoe Lake Country Club.
Roger and his wife of 33 years Janet, reside in Kosciusko County-Lake Tippecanoe and have two children, Michelle Carter-Wichita, Kansas and Chad Fisher-Temecula, California . |

Wayne W. Johnson, an Associate Broker., grew up in Washington Township , Whitley County, is a graduate of Butler University, Christian Theological Seminary and holds the MBA degree from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business. Wayne has numerous specialized training experiences in economic and Industrial development.
Wayne has been affiliated with OD & M and Orizon Real Estate, Inc. as an associate broker. He is affiliated with the Fort Wayne Area Association of Realtors, as well as the Indiana and National Association of Realtors. He has a long history of community service in the United Way, Chamber of Commerce, Somebody Cares, Inc
counseling agency, the Columbia City United Methodist Church and serves as Treasurer and member of the Building Committee of the Whitley County Counsel on Aging and the
Aged. Wayne has served as the CEO of the Whitley County REMC, the earlier name of the Northeastern REMC; as CEO of the Clark County REMC, as Vice President of Engineering & Operations and Assistant CEO of the Delaware Electric Coop in Greenwood, DE, and was manager of Training and Technical Services for the National
Rural Electric Cooperative Association in Washington, D.C. He was the founding member of the Southern Indiana Economic Development Council which has brought numerous plants and expansion to Clark and Floyd Counties, including four Hitachi manufacturing plants. |
