Frank Bush is CRC Group's Principal Licensed Broker and investor in the new company. Frank has more than three decades of proven experience in commercial real estate. He owned Investors Realty, based in Warsaw , Indiana from 1984 until selling the business in 2001. “Retirement just didn't fit my style, or perhaps I was not ready mentally. I missed the activities associated with the real estate business,” Bush stated. “I never listed a residential property in all the years I've been associated with real estate. My career experiences have been with listing and selling commercial/industrial properties, land and business brokerage and advisory services. Also, I believe clients want to associate with commercial real estate professionals who are able to provide recommendations or solutions to the ever changing commercial real estate market and economic climate. That is our specialty and market niche at CRC Group, Inc.”
Frank holds a Master of Arts in Journalism and Communications from the University of Florida and Bachelors in Business Marketing from Indiana University . He earned his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation from the National Association of Realtors and is a charter member of the Indiana Commercial Board of Realtors. Frank and his wife Joyce currently reside at Eagle Glen Community, Columbia City.
Joining CRC Group as an investor and licensed real estate sales associate is William (Bill) Overdeer . Retiring from International Harvester and farming, Bill has been involved in real estate for the last 15 years. He was previously associated with O D & M and Orizon Real Estate, and has experience selling commercial real estate there. Bill is a Whitley County resident and lives with his wife, Barbara, on Cider Mill Road . He attended Purdue University and is President of the Whitley County Council, serves on the Blue River Board as Vice-President, is a member of the Masonic Lodge and Grace Lutheran Church in Columbia City, and is active in other community organizations. Bill stated that he isn't one to sit back and retire, but wants to keep busy in the community.
Roger Fisher has also joined CRC Group as an investor in the new company and is a licensed real estate sales associate. Roger recently retired from United Telephone Company, d/b/a Sprint, after 33 years employment. During the last several years, as public affairs manager for the company, he assisted many communities and local county government supported organizations with community and economic development initiatives. Roger looks forward to re-establishing many of those prior relationships by offering value and assistance associated with the new CRC Group, Inc .

Roger and his wife, Janet, reside in northern Kosciusko County near Lake Tippecanoe . He attended International Business College , is a thirty year member of Forest Lodge # 239, F. & A. M. at Butler , IN , a member of Ancient Accepted Scottish Rite-Valley of Fort Wayne , North Webster American Legion Post 253, and Veterans of Foreign Wars.
